My client is an established international recruitment business with a growing US operation based in Brooklyn. Following continued success, they're looking to hire ambitious recruiters from the UK and internationally who are ready to take the next step in one of the world's biggest recruitment markets.

This isn't a start-up trying to establish itself. The US team is already producing exceptional results, with consultants billing between $300,000 and $500,000 annually and senior leadership generating over $1 million.

Initially you'll join in a delivery-focused role, giving you the opportunity to learn the US recruitment market before progressing into a full 360 position.

What you'll be doing

• Recruiting sales professionals across FinTech, SaaS and Enterprise Technology
• Managing candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
• Working retained and contingent assignments for high-growth technology businesses
• Learning the US recruitment market from an experienced leadership team
• Progressing into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role

What they're looking for

• Previous agency recruitment experience
• Strong delivery or 360 recruitment background
• Ambitious, resilient and commercially minded
• Excited by the prospect of relocating to New York
• FinTech recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential

Package

• Competitive salary, up to $85,000 depending on experience
• Exceptional commission scheme with a 50% fee split
• Typical second-year earnings of $200,000+
• Gold healthcare, 100% employee cover and 75% dependent cover

• 36 days paid leave including federal holidays, birthday leave and Christmas shutdown
