Since 2010, Keegan Adams Recruitment has been a national boutique agency specialising across Financial Services, Corporate Services and Professional Services. Our consultants are given the flexibility to run their desk in a way that works for them, with the support of an experienced team around them.

The opportunity

One of our long-standing team members is relocating, creating an opportunity for someone to join an established part of the business with a strong foundation to build from. You’ll inherit some existing client relationships and have the opportunity to work on live roles from day one, while also developing your own market and creating new opportunities. Depending on your background and interests, your desk could sit across Sales & Marketing, Banking & Finance or Corporate Services.

This is a true 360 recruitment role, where you’ll manage the full client and candidate journey, build strong market relationships and work towards developing a successful desk. Picking up the phone is a big part of the role - you’ll be expected to learn your market, start conversations and proactively create opportunities with both clients and candidates.

About you

We’re open on experience. You may be early in your recruitment career, an established consultant, or come from a strong sales background.

• Proactive, ambitious and motivated by results
• Confident picking up the phone and comfortable engaging in cold conversations
• A strong communicator with natural sales ability
• Comfortable working with autonomy
• Keen to become an expert in your market
