  • Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards to track hiring performance and identify bottlenecks.
  • Help design and launch new recruiting programs, processes, and tools.
  • Lead enablement and training sessions for recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers.
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in recruiting processes and implement solutions.
  • Maintain integrations across recruiting technology, including ATS, scheduling, and sourcing tools.
  • Ensure recruiting data and candidate information remain accurate and organized.
  • Help create scalable talent operations processes as the organization continues to grow.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting operations, talent operations, recruiting coordination, or a related role.
  • Experience working with and maintaining an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Strong interest in recruiting systems, technology, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Experience creating recruiting reports or dashboards and familiarity with core recruiting metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to launch or improve a recruiting program, tool, or process.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to proactively identify and solve operational issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Ashby.
  • Experience supporting an ATS implementation, migration, or major configuration project.
  • Experience working within a fast-growing technology or startup environment.
  • Experience training recruiters, interviewers, or hiring managers on recruiting systems and processes.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation and equity.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • Annual wellness allowance.
  • Lunch and dinner provided in the office.
  • Generous paid parental leave.
  • Flexible paid time off.
