We are hiring an experienced Manager / Team Lead in recruitment to join a high-performing global recruitment firm who are looking to hire in LA.

There is also an opportunity in New York to lead a Construction team as well.

The company has been operating in the US market for several years and has built strong client relationships across multiple sectors.

Due to continued growth, they are now hiring experienced recruitment professionals for billing roles which could include people management.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Manager/Team Lead, you will lead, grow and develop a Civils desk across LA:

• Full 360 recruitment process including business development, client management and candidate delivery
• Grow a team of 360 / full desk recruiters.
• People management, driving performance and activity.
• Building and managing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Working collaboratively within a high-performing recruitment team
• Contributing to the continued growth of the team and office

Requirements:

• 5+ years recruitment agency experience
• Proven experience working in a 360 recruitment management/team lead role
• Sector experience in Civils, Construction, Engineering – but our client is open on sector experience.
• Ability to manage a team of recruiters and motivate them
• Strong track record in business development and client relationship management
• Experience billing within a recruitment agency environment
• Degree preferred (to support visa sponsorship where applicable)
