Regional Mechanical Project Engineer – Industrial Manufacturing

Salary Up to $175,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation to Louisiana & Up to 20% Travel

Ready to lead major industrial projects without living on the road? This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to lead multi-million-dollar capital projects from cradle to completion while providing engineering support to multiple manufacturing facilities. Forestry/wood products experience and PE designation preferred. AutoCAD experience is required, but SKM Power Tools experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities for this Regional Mechanical Project Engineer:

• Lead major projects including design, procurement, upgrades, construction, and startup
• Provide engineering support to multiple manufacturing plants
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, vendors, and contractors
• Approximately 20% travel.

Minimum Requirements for this Regional Mechanical Project Engineer:

• B.S. in Engineering; Mechanical Engineering preferred
• At least 10 years of heavy industrial project engineering experience
• Proven experience leading multi-million-dollar projects from cradle to completion
• Strong communication and project management skills
• AutoCAD experience required.
