We are seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Midwives to join our growing team across permanent full-time, part-time and casual opportunities.

As Tasmania's only private maternity hospital, we provide exceptional maternity and newborn care in a welcoming, collaborative and woman-centred environment where midwives are valued and play a central role in the care we provide.

Our specialist maternity service includes:

• 21 maternity beds
• 5 dedicated birth suites
• Level 2 Special Care Nursery with 9 cots
• Lactation Consultant services
• Parent Education Programs
• A collaborative multidisciplinary maternity care model

We recognise the commitment of our permanent midwives through a quarterly financial incentive program, with incentives aligned to FTE and employment status.

You'll have access to:

• Clinical Midwifery Facilitators providing bedside support, mentorship and guidance

• Support for postgraduate study and specialty practice development

About you:

• Current registration as a Registered Midwife with AHPRA
• A genuine commitment to evidence-based, woman-centred care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• A commitment to professional development and lifelong learning
• Experience in birth suite, antenatal, postnatal or special care nursery will be highly regarded.
