Your Day-to-day Will Involve
- Delivering person-centred care providing high-quality clinical care to residents
- Supporting and mentoring Personal Carers and Enrolled Nurses
- Ensuring care plans are regularly reviewed and updated with collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Managing medications and supplies in line with legal requirements
- Ensuring compliance with aged care standards and policies
- Promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for residents and staff
- Build effective relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
- Minimum two years recent experience as RN
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with Ahpra
- Demonstrated clinical skills and recent experiences working within Aged Care
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively
