Registered Nurse

Find your purpose with CentraCare by changing the lives of our patients as a Registered Nurse in the Surgery Department at our Long Prairie Hospital! We are seeking a dedicated RN to join our team in this multi-faceted role supporting patient care across the Operating Room (pre/post and circulating), Cardiac Rehab and Infusion. You will play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient and compassionate care for patients throughout their surgical experience.

Schedule:

• Part-time | 40 hours every two weeks | Long Prairie Hospital
• Various days Monday - Friday | Various shifts between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm (dependent on surgery & outpatient schedule)
• Rotating weekday, weekend and holiday on-call
• Future potential for full-time hours
  

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay based on experience and degree
  • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour
  • Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour
  • Master’s in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour
    • Pay range: $42.86 - $71.51 per hour
• $3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates!

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Current Minnesota RN license
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified
• Must be able to respond within 30 minutes to on-call situations
  

To be eligible for the hiring bonus and relocation assistance, you must be an external candidate who has not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire and be hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Relocation assistance also requires that you currently live more than 50 miles from the Long Prairie Hospital and move within 30 miles of it within 120 days of employment. CentraCare pay promotions to include but not limited to, hiring bonus and relocation assistance may be discontinued at any time due to business needs.
