Role: Registered Nurse (RN) providing direct patient care across all surgical specialties, supporting patient/family education and care transitions.
Responsibilities: Coordinate nursing care, support professional practice, lead quality improvement activities, delegate tasks based on skill level and acuity, and participate in committees or projects.
Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program with at least one year of RN experience. Must hold an active RN license and BLS certification. Experience with electronic medical records, teamwork, critical thinking, and adaptability are preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, mentoring, and teaching abilities. Ability to work flexible hours and handle unpredictable situations.
Additional info: Role supports TN sponsorship, requiring state licensure and certification. Compensation ranges from $42.44 to $65.44 per hour. Eligible for benefits, with full-time schedule and variable shifts.
