Our patients are admitted for diagnosis, treatment planning, autologous transplants and end-of-life care, making every day both rewarding and meaningful. As the Clinical Development Nurse (CDN), you will play a pivotal role in fostering excellence in nursing practice by supporting staff in identifying and achieving their professional learning goals. Working closely with the multidisciplinary team, you will guide the development of clinical knowledge and skills, assist with the integration of evidence-based practices, and support nurses in evaluating their learning outcomes.
