As the Assistant Director of Nursing Cancer Services, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across CAS inpatient wards, day treatment units, radiation oncology, cancer rapid assessment, and palliative and supportive care services. Working closely with the Director of Nursing, you will drive high-quality, patient-centred care, support service planning and development, and lead initiatives that enhance clinical excellence and service performance. You will collaborate with Clinical Nurse Consultants to implement evidence-based practice, strengthen clinical governance, and ensure compliance with organisational and national standards.
