This role is for a registered nurse providing progressive and intensive care in a diverse medical/surgical/transplant unit.
Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care.
The nurse supports professional practice, leadership activities, and quality improvement within the framework of the nursing practice model.
The position requires excellent communication, mentoring, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
Qualifications include current RN license, BLS certification, at least one year of RN experience, and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Additional requirements involve computer proficiency, adaptability to shift schedules, and, for some, driving responsibilities.
