Registered Nurse - Nights

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for coordinating comprehensive nursing care, including direct patient care, education, and care transitions. The RN supports professional practice across various settings, adhering to the Mayo Clinic Nursing Model and ANA standards. Key duties include planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating all phases of patient care, providing leadership through mentorship and quality improvement activities, and delegating tasks based on skill, acuity, and resources.

Qualifications include a baccalaureate degree in nursing from an accredited program, with experience in inpatient Med/Surg preferred. Candidates must hold an active RN license, demonstrate excellent communication and critical thinking skills, and be adaptable to dynamic work environments. A minimum of one year of nursing experience is required, with BSN preferred. Additional state licensure or certifications may be necessary depending on the work area.

Additional requirements involve computer proficiency, teamwork skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Some roles may require driving personal vehicles.
