Pay: $32-$40 per hour

Shifts: Days 6am-6pm | Nights 6pm-6am

What you'll do

• Provide and coordinate nursing care for an assigned group of short-term rehab and long-term care residents
• Complete resident assessments and update care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, including IV therapy
• Monitor for changes in condition and communicate with providers and families
• Perform wound care, catheter care, and other skilled treatments
• Direct and support LPNs and STNAs on your shift
• Document care accurately in PointClickCare
• Give clear, complete shift-change reports

What you'll need

• Valid Ohio or multistate RN license
• Long-term care, rehab, or acute care experience preferred
• Familiarity with PointClickCare a plus
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
• Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 25 pounds
