Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct and coordinated care tailored to individual patient/client needs. Support and guide team members, Enrolled Nurses, and students in a professional setting. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient/client safety and service delivery. Provide health education and promote wellbeing for clients, residents, and their families. Collaborate with other disciplines and agencies to ensure holistic, coordinated care.
