Mentor and coach Veterinary Technicians to support growth, confidence, and strong performance Provide hands-on, high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency and specialty environment Partner with hospital leadership to improve workflows and patient outcomes Support team members during complex or high-stress cases Help build a positive, respectful, and high-performing hospital culture Contribute to training, scheduling, and continuous development initiatives Qualifications Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) with strong clinical skills Previous leadership or mentorship experience preferred A positive attitude, a motivating presence, and a strong commitment to supporting a healthy, collaborative team culture are required Passion for patient care, team development, and continuous learning Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to stay calm, focused, and supportive in fast-paced environments About Maritime Veterinary Emergency + Specialty Centre Located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, our brand-new 24,000 sq. ft. hospital is redefining what’s possible in veterinary emergency and specialty care.
