The role is busy but incredibly collaborative and rewarding and enables you to:

• Assist with an injured person’s recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness;
• Conduct a range of assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios;
• Support people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge; &
• Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
  
  

About You:

• Relevant qualifications and professional membership as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Chiropractor, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Social Worker, Psychologist (Registered or Provisional) or Registered Nurse.
• Current Police Clearance and Working with Vulnerable People Check.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• A positive, collaborative attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
