Job Summary
Overall Purpose:
The Relationship Manger (RM) shall proactively manage, maintain and enhance a number of business credit relationships, with exposures ranging from €120k leading up to €5 million and potentially extending to €10 million with the endorsement of the Chief Commercial Officer. The RM shall provide high-quality, credit-related services whilst promoting the Bank’s services, generate new business, safeguard the portfolio’s asset quality and ensuring an adequate return.

Required Criteria
Previous proven work experience of four (4) years in a financial services environment with direct exposure to Credit and an MQF Level 5 Award in Finance, Accountancy, Credit, Risk Management or a related field.
OR
Previous proven work experience of five (5) years in a financial services environment with direct exposure to Credit.
OR
Previous proven work experience of two (2) years in a financial services environment with direct exposure to credit, and an MQF Level 6 Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Accountancy or a related field.
Desirable Criteria
Previous proven work experience in Banking.

Applicants are required to satisfy the Bank’s minimum eligibility criteria of four (4) O’Levels at Grade 5/C or higher, including English Language, in addition to any role‑specific requirements outlined above. This requirement shall not apply where applicants are already in possession of an MQF Level 6 Degree or higher.
