The Role

Comfi has multiple revenue verticals, and a key one is Referral Partners. Business Consultancy companies, Auditors, Financial Brokers, etc all work with us as freelancers to refer SMEs who need financing. The RM we are looking for will manage these partners, help them with their FAQs and train them to bring in the eligible SMEs for financing.

And so Comfi is looking for a gungo, self-driven Relationship manager who is creative and has a lot of patience. Previous Fintech experience isn't required, but clear communication skills and a penchant for sales will put you at the top of the list. Previous experience dealing with B2B customer service or account management in marketplaces will definitely be a plus.

What You’ll Do

✅ The RM will be the P&L owner of the Referral Partner Vertical. Reaching targets is critical.

✅ Growing the number of Referral Partners every month.

✅ Keeping current partners engaged and referring new SMEs to comfi.

✅ Giving the partners sales training and sales strategies to address roadblocks.

What You Bring

🔹 4+ years of work experience in the Relationship Management role

🔹 Experience with embedded finance products or SME aggregator/marketplace platforms

🔹 Background in fintech, lending, BNPL, or payments

🔹 Prior experience in the UAE or GCC market

🔹 Strong Communication Skills and patience in dealing with stakeholders is crucial
