Real Estate Blondies is one of Dubai's best known personal real estate brands. We have advised more than 1,000 international investors, most of whom own in Dubai while living abroad. We run our business on our own platform, PropertySuite, where owners manage their property, book services and follow every case live.

The honest part first

Nobody hands you a stack of listings. We pass on a few rental mandates, not a pipeline. This is a landlord acquisition role, and you build your own book. What makes it different is what you build it with.

What you work with

Rent contract data: 4.7 million registered Dubai rent contracts, around 260,000 of them expiring within the next 90 days. We are building your daily call list from it.
The handover pipeline: 937 projects in Dubai still to hand over. A building that completes means an owner who needs a tenant.
A free rental evaluation report in your name, with achievable rent, yield and DLD comparables, so you open every call with something to give.
A second income line: landlords and tenants book services through PropertySuite (move-in, maintenance, property management and more). You place them, our Administrator delivers them.

What you do

Source your own units: work expiring contracts and upcoming handovers, and call owners.
Lease what you bring in: listings, viewings, qualifying tenants, negotiating, Ejari-ready contracts.
Keep your landlords: renewals, services and the next unit they own.
Log everything in the CRM.

What you earn

50% of the agency commission on every lease and renewal you close. One split, whatever the lead source, and we carry the portal costs.
Fixed AED amounts on every paid service you place with your landlords and tenants.
AED 3,000 when a landlord or tenant you refer to our sales team buys.
No base salary and no cap. Commission is paid on the 1st of the month after the funds arrive.

What you bring

A leasing track record in Dubai: you know the communities, the rent brackets and Ejari.
A valid UAE driving licence and your own car.
A closer's attitude: comfortable negotiating, fast, without dropping service quality.
CRM discipline and fluent English. Other languages are a real plus.

Growth: senior terms and first call on every mandate that comes in, then Rentals Manager or a move into sales.
