Project Overview: Bechtel’s Manufacturing & Technology (M&T) Business Unit is designing and building an Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Manufacturing Facility located at Generation Park in Houston, TX. Job Summary: The Reports Coordinator supports the development, maintenance, and delivery of project and reporting products that provide timely and accurate performance information to project teams, management, and clients. Working with Project Controls, Project Management, and functional organizations, the Reports Coordinator gathers, analyzes, validates, and presents project data through reports, dashboards and presentations. The role supports reporting standardization, data quality and continuous initiatives that enable effective project decision-making. "This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership” #LI-SM2 Major Responsibilities: Prepare, maintain, and distribute project, client, and management reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance metrics. Collect, validate, compile, and integrate cost, schedule, progress, forecasting, risk, and change management data from multiple project systems to support reporting requirements. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, visualizations, and automated reporting products using approved reporting tools, including Power BI, Power Query, Excel, and Synchro 4D. Support the preparation of executive summaries, management reviews, client deliverables, and schedule communication products, including Synchro 4D visualizations.Coordinate with Project Controls and project functional groups to obtain, validate, and communicate reporting information. Perform data quality reviews and assist in identifying reporting inconsistencies, trends, and performance concerns. Ensure reporting deliverables comply with project, client, and Bechtel requirements while supporting continuous improvement of reporting processes, templates, systems, and databases. Education and Experience Requirements: Requires a University Hire with 1-2 years of experience or 5-6 years of relevant work experience Required Knowledge and Skills: Experience in project reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or Project Controls reporting. Understanding of Project Controls disciplines, including cost, schedule, progress, forecasting, risk, change management, and performance reporting. Experience developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, presentations, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and similar reporting platforms. Familiarity with Primavera P6, Synchro 4D, enterprise reporting databases, and integrated Project Controls systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to organize, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources. Working knowledge of Bechtel Project Controls processes and the ability to support multiple deliverables in a fast-paced project environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting EPC/EPCM projects. Experience supporting Semiconductor, Data Center, Pharmaceutical, Battery, Mining & Metals, Energy, or Infrastructure projects. Experience developing dashboards, automated reporting solutions, and digital reporting products using tools such as Power BI and Synchro 4D. Experience supporting client reporting requirements, management reviews, and Project Controls performance reporting.
