RESTAURANT MANAGER

We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a well-established, high-end restaurant in Essex.

This is a busy operation with a strong focus on food, wine and service, so we’re looking for someone who is confident on the floor, enjoys leading a team and knows what great hospitality looks like.

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, working closely with the senior management team and leading the FOH team through service.

The Role Will Include

• Managing and developing the restaurant team
• Running busy services and maintaining high standards
• Managing rotas and staffing levels
• Overseeing reservations and maximising covers
• Training, coaching and supporting the team
• Looking after regular guests and handling feedback
• Supporting recruitment and performance management
• Keeping an eye on budgets and overall restaurant performance
• Making sure all operational, health & safety and food hygiene standards are followed
  
  

We’re looking for someone who has previously worked in a high-end or fine-dining restaurant, ideally in a management position. You’ll need to be hands-on, confident with guests and comfortable leading a team in a busy environment.
