We are looking for a Retail Keyholder & Experience Lead to serve as a vital link in our store leadership team. Think of this as our "Third Key" role: you’ll step up to run the show during closing shifts, cover manager days off, ensure store operations run like clockwork, and keep our customer experience at 100%.

Ready for an Island Move? We are actively seeking mainland candidates living outside the Keys who are eager to bring their retail expertise to Islamorada. Relocation assistance is available to help bring the right person onboard!

What You'll Be Doing:

In this role, you bridge the gap between world-class customer service on the sales floor and smart operational management behind the scenes.

• Reliable Shift Anchor: Serve as the primary go-to person when management is off-site, handling general opening/closing duties and keeping the store running smoothly.
• Shopify Ops Specialist: You will work in the backend of our Shopify POS system—receiving inventory, tracking stock movements, managing adjustments, and keeping our product catalog accurate.
• Customer Experience Champion: Set the standard for service on the floor. Greet guests, assist with product recommendations, share local Keys insider tips, and handle customer inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
• Merchandise Maestro: Keep our sales floor vibrant, stocked, and beautifully displayed to drive sales and maximize tourist traffic.
• Inventory Guardian: Assist with stock receiving, tagging, periodic inventory counts, and maintaining a clean, organized stockroom.
  
  
  

You're Our Ideal Catch If You Have:

• Retail Background Required: Proven retail sales experience is a must. You understand store operations, cash handling, and floor leadership.
• Shopify Proficiency: Demonstrated experience working in the Shopify backend (receiving inventory, stock management, and POS operations).
• Outside Perspective: You are currently living outside the Florida Keys and are ready to relocate your retail talents to Islamorada!
• Natural Leadership: You’re trustworthy, reliable, and comfortable taking initiative when running shifts independently.
• High-Volume Stamina: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have no problem staying on your feet during busy tourist rushes.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work closing shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed to cover management schedules seamlessly.
