Are you an experienced grocery professional ready to step into store leadership? We're looking for a Retail Management Trainee to join our full-service supermarket and train across all key departments — Grocery, Meat, Produce, Deli, Dairy, Frozen, Front End, and Receiving.

This hands-on, in-store role is for candidates with solid grocery experience who are ready to grow into a Department Manager or Store Manager position.

What You'll Do:

• Rotate through departments to learn daily store operations

• Support scheduling, inventory, ordering, and receiving

• Learn to read sales, margin, payroll, and shrink reports

• Assist with training and coaching front-line employees

• Help maintain cleanliness, food safety, and customer service standards

• Support cash handling, pricing accuracy, and loss prevention

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of supermarket or grocery-retail experience (required)

• Experience across fresh departments (Meat, Produce, Deli, Dairy) preferred

• Strong understanding of margins, shrink, payroll, and store operations

• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be able to work on-site at our U.S. store location

• Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
