Relocate from Serbia to Sofia, Bulgaria | Full-time | On-site

About the role

We're recruiting experienced Retention Agents in Serbia on behalf of a large, regulated forex company. The role is full-time and on-site at the company's office in Sofia, Bulgaria, and you will relocate there with a relocation package. You'll manage a portfolio of existing trading clients, build long-term relationships with them, and grow their deposits and trading activity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of active trading clients

• Build long-term client relationships by phone and email

• Encourage further deposits and ongoing trading activity

• Re-engage inactive clients and reduce churn

• Keep clients up to date on market news, products and platform features

• Handle client queries and concerns professionally

• Hit monthly retention and deposit targets

• Keep accurate client records in the CRM

• Follow all regulatory and compliance procedures

Requirements

• Currently based in Serbia

• At least 1 year of retention experience in forex or CFDs

• Fluent spoken and written English

• Strong relationship-building, upselling and objection-handling skills

• Good understanding of financial markets and trading products

• Target-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment

• Willing to relocate to Sofia full-time
