About the role
We are seeking Risk Medical Coders to join our growing team at Shearwater Health.

Responsibilities
- Review and analyze medical documentation to identify the appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes
- Assign codes in accordance with the latest coding guidelines and standards
Qualifications
- Must be a bachelor's degree graduate of any medical allied courses
- Must have an active and updated medical coding certification: Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) certification or Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in risk adjustment medical coding
