Experienced Rural Generalist / General Practitioner

The generous remuneration package includes:
Rural Medical Practitioner (RMP)
- RL3.3 – 3.5 $213,380 – 232,468 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
- PD Allowance $22,251 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
- Attraction Allowance $14,836 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
- Retention Allowance $22,251 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
- Revenue Activity Incentive Payment – 50% of Medicare Billings to the maximum of $75,000 per annum
Rural Generalist (RG)
- RG1 – RG4 $213,380 – 242,013 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
- PD Allowance $22,251 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
- Attraction Allowance $14,836 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
- Retention Allowance $22,251 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
- Practitioner Allowance 30% of salary paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
- Revenue Activity Incentive Payment – 50% of Medicare Billings to the maximum of $75,000 per annum
Senior Rural Medical Practitioner (SRMP)
- RL4.1 – 4.4 $242,013 – 270,033 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
- PD Allowance $22,251 – 29,670 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
- Attraction Allowance $14,836 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
- Retention Allowance $22,251 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
- SRMP Allowance $29,670 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
- Revenue Activity Incentive Payment – 50% of Medicare Billings to the maximum of $75,000 per annum
Senior Rural Generalist (SRG)
- RL4.1 – 4.4 $251,554 – 270,033 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
- PD Allowance $22,251 – 29,670 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
- Attraction Allowance $14,836 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
- Retention Allowance $22,251 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
- Practitioner Allowance 30% of salary paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
- Revenue Activity Incentive Payment – 50% of Medicare Billings to the maximum of $75,000 per annum
Plus - Professional Development leave 10 days; 6 weeks recreation leave and annual leave bonus. Hospital Condition salary sacrifice $9,010.
Above based on fulltime hours. We do offer flexible working arrangements.
