Job Requirements Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination & Support to HOD Assist HOD in daily EHS activities, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives. Coordinate with project EHS teams for data collection, updates, and follow-ups. Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for management review. Track action items from meetings and ensure timely closure. 2. Reporting & Documentation Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and monthly/quarterly EHS performance reports. Maintain records of incidents, near misses, audits, inspections, and compliance status. Support in preparation of AOP reviews, management presentations, and audits. Ensure proper documentation and version control of EHS SOPs, policies, and procedures. 3. Incident Management Maintain centralized database of incidents and near misses. Follow up with sites for investigation reports, RCA, and closure of corrective actions. Support in analysis of incident trends and preparation of lesson learned communications. 4. Compliance & Audit Tracking Monitor statutory and internal EHS compliance across projects. Track audit findings and ensure timely closure of observations. Support in third-party audits, certifications, and award submissions. 5. Training & Awareness Coordinate EHS training programs, workshops, and awareness campaigns. Maintain training records and competency matrix. Support in development of training materials and communication content. 6. System Implementation Support implementation of EHS SOPs, GCC requirements, and corporate initiatives. Assist in rollout of digital tools, ERP systems, and reporting formats. Monitor effectiveness of implemented systems and suggest improvements. 7. Communication & Coordination Act as a link between corporate EHS and project/site teams. Circulate EHS alerts, safety bulletins, and best practices across projects. Coordinate meetings, prepare MOM, and track action points.
