Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Executive role based in Lisbon. The Sales and Marketing Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, promote the company’s relocation and visa services, and manage client relationships from initial contact through conversion. Daily tasks include conducting market research, supporting market planning initiatives, preparing sales presentations, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or other tracking tools. The role also involves coordinating marketing campaigns, participating in events or outreach activities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to support campaign development and brand promotion.
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze customer needs, competitors, and emerging market trends.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to generate leads, convert prospects, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Experience in relocation, immigration, or international consultancy services is beneficial.
• Proficiency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Lisbon, with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
