Sales Executive

ALMA1938 is a British heritage luxury leather brand, with operations across London and Dubai. We specialise in bespoke leather craftsmanship for high-end interiors, working closely with interior designers, architects & joinery companies to deliver exceptional quality products. As we continue to grow our presence in the UAE market, we are looking for a motivated Sales executive to join our team.

THE ROLE

This is a field-based role focused on building ALMA's client network across United Arab Emirates. You will be out meeting clients, developing business relations, and generating sales – not a desk-based position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to prospective and existing clients in UAE.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for ALMA's luxury leathers
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relations with industry related clients
• Represent ALMA professionally at client meetings, site visits and industry events
• Follow up on leads and enquiries in a timely and structured manner
• Report daily activities / client visits and pipeline progress
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth & prompt service

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience within the industry
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident to engage with clients face-to-face
• Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a field-based, target-driven role
• Well-presented, with a professional and personable manner
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
