Sales Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain Firm – HK$35k + Commission

Our client is a well-established cross-border logistics and supply chain solutions provider with a strong presence in Hong Kong and Asia. Specialising in sea freight, air freight, express delivery, freight forwarding, cross-border e-commerce logistics, overseas warehousing, and supply chain management, the company serves a diverse portfolio of B2B direct clients. With a solid capital base and a growth-oriented culture, they offer an energetic and rewarding environment for high-calibre sales leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share among Hong Kong local clients, including manufacturing companies, cross-border e-commerce sellers, and import/export traders.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive client acquisition through both company-provided leads and self-sourced channels.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting, negotiation, and contract closure to post-sales follow-up.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales approaches and service offerings.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• 5 years of local Hong Kong sales experience in cross-border logistics sub-sectors (sea freight, air freight, express, freight forwarding, cross-border e-commerce logistics, overseas warehousing, or supply chain)
• Strong network with Hong Kong manufacturing companies, cross-border e-commerce sellers, and import/export traders is highly preferred
• Proven people management experience
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure
• Hong Kong permanent resident or Mainland individual with a valid Hong Kong work visa (visa sponsorship available)
