About the STEM Associate Programme

The STEM Associate Programme is a structured 2 year full‑time programme designed for fresh graduates and early‑career STEM professionals who are interested in building a long‑term career in education, curriculum development, or academic leadership.

This is not just a tutoring role. Associates will receive systematic training, hands‑on classroom teaching experience, and close mentorship from senior educators, along with a clear pathway for career progression within Genius Development.

Where skills and interests align, Associates may also have opportunities to contribute to innovative internal projects or collaborate with other divisions of the Group, including EdTech initiatives and affiliated businesses, gaining exposure beyond traditional teaching roles.

Role Overview

As a STEM Associate, you will gradually develop into a confident and effective STEM educator through a combination of training, classroom experience, and mentorship.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging Science lessons (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, Finance) using the Genius hands‑on learning approach, primarily in 1-to-1 classes.

• Are fresh graduates or have 1–2 years of experience
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or above in Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Enjoy working with children and teenagers
• Are people‑oriented, patient, and enthusiastic about education
• Are looking for structured career development, not just short‑term income

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong teaching and mentoring skills to inspire and guide students through their academic journey
• Subject matter expertise in core academic areas and knowledge of effective educational methodologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Passion for education and a commitment to fostering student development
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a subject-relevant field, or equivalent
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience is highly recommended
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in an on-site environment in Hong Kong
• Fluent English speaker, additional languages, particularly Chinese, are an advantage but not required
• Willing to work on Saturdays and/or Sundays and/or Public Holidays, which will be compensated with replacement leave.
