Job Purpose The Sales Support Supervisor will oversee, coordinate, and assist with activities related to sales support and order processing. This role involves supervising a team responsible for efficiently handling customer orders, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth workflow between sales and fulfilment. The Supervisor is also tasked with optimizing processes, implementing best practices, and providing guidance to enhance overall productivity and customer satisfaction. The Sales Support Supervisor will need high analytical skills to run data and make decisions that impact dealer performance and profitability. This role involves managing a diverse range of orders and channels. Additionally, they may collaborate with other departments to improve communication and streamline the order fulfilment process. Overall, the Sales Support Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining effective operations and facilitating a positive customer experience. Key Accountabilities • Sales Support group supervision and guidance to sales support staff to ensure a high level of competence and efficiency • Generate reports and present on sales order processing and sales support metrics • Creation and maintaining standard operating procedures to assure compliance • Implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience during the order process • Assist with incoming calls and emails related to new inside sales orders, warranty claims, pricing issues, and general inquiries specific to CBU/EN products as needed or staff is limited • Serve as the key liaison between customers and Honda PE, demonstrating strong customer service, teamwork, motivation, patience, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced marine environment. Collaborate internally and externally to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement with Honda PE products and services Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Minimum Educational Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field experience Minimum Experience • Prior supervisory experience • Must have MS Office skills with significant emphasis on MS Excel. • Must have comprehensive SAP expertise • 2+ years of customer sales experience • 2+ years of SAP • 2+ years related to auto, powersports, dealership, or related experience Other Job-Specific Skills • Strong communication skills including presentations, reporting, meeting(s) driver and influencing others • Business acumen, excellent analytical and decision-making skills • Leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration What differentiates Honda and make us an employer of choice?
