Purpose-led work you’ll be part of

You’ll work as part of a team of solutions-driven and problem-solving individuals, apply your technology experience and stakeholder management, to drive forward projects and programmes from strategy to execution.

As a SAP SAC Functional lead, your focus will be on leading functional design and implementation of SAP SAC solutions to meet business requirements. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• SAP SAC solution blueprinting, including the presentation and articulation to the client
  
• Identify key design decisions from a functional standpoint in crafting business processes
  
• Working with business partners to identify the gaps in their existing processes and recommend improvements
  
• Communicate how the technology solutions proposed can enable the extended planning and analysis for business outcomes
  
• Proactively assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients
  
• Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research SAP SAC opportunities with new/existing clients
  
• Providing mentorship on SAP SAC standard methodologies and industry trends and ensure that solutions are aligned with our clients’ business strategy
  
• Provide support at any stage of the SAP SAC implementation
  
• Develop and maintain deep understanding of SAP SAC, including architecture, functional capabilities and integration capabilities
  
• Craft and specify integrations of SAP SAC solutions into other client systems, leveraging enterprise architecture principles and standards
  
• Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria
  
• Influence clients’ use of automation/iRPA
  
• Train, mentor and supervise team members
  
  

Your Profile

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing S/4HANA (preferred) and SAP ECC
  
• Functional process knowledge of several of SAP SAC
  
• Experience in implementing, configuring and advising on SAP SAC (Enterprise Planning and/or Analytics)
  
• Understanding of SAP SAC integration with other SAP & non-SAP systems
  
• Ideally familiarity with one or more industry solutions: life science, retail, banking/insurance, telecomms, agribusiness
  
• Experience leading and encouraging teams of technical consultants onshore, nearshore and offshore
  
• Excellent customer management and relationship building both internally and with the client
