We’re hiring a full-time High School Social Worker in Thornton, Colorado, to join the team ASAP through May 21, 2027. This role is ideal for a School Social Worker who enjoys working within special education and providing meaningful mental health support to high school students with a range of needs. What Your Role Will Look Like High school setting Full-time Start: ASAP Provide Mental Health Services to students as outlined in their IEPs Support students with mild-to-moderate needs, Affective Needs, and Significant Support Needs Collaborate with special education teams, school staff, families, and other professionals to support student success Clinical Support Through AnthroMed We invest in our clinicians so they feel confident and supported in their roles.
