What You Will Achieve You will play a critical role in ensuring consistency, reliability, and compliance of the laboratory processes that directly support product quality and patient safety. By owning media and buffer formulation, lab operations, and GMP documentation, you will help maintain the integrity of data and systems that enable safe and effective therapies to reach patients. Through your problem-solving and decision-making, you will proactively identify risks, drive resolution of issues, and strengthen overall quality performance across the lab. In this role, you will: You are the backbone of solution chemistry. You will formulate media and buffers that are foundational to testing ensuring every downstream result is accurate, reproducible, and compliant. You keep the lab running and compliant. From autoclaves and glassware to pipette programs and reagent lifecycle management, your work ensures the lab operates smoothly under cGMP conditions. You are a guardian of quality and safety. You’ll work directly with SOPs and SDSs, applying strong safety discipline and ensuring all work meets regulatory expectations. You don’t just follow procedure you improve them. Writing and revising SOPs documentation means you actively shape how the lab operates, not just execute within it. You are the first line of problem-solving. When issues arise deviations, OOTs, or process gaps you’ll assess risk, determine the right path forward, and drive resolution with the right level of escalation and documentation. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
