Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for all culinary operations across multiple hotel and restaurant locations.
- Develop and implement culinary standards, operating procedures, and quality assurance programs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Executive Chefs and regional culinary leadership teams.
- Drive menu innovation while preserving authentic German culinary traditions and incorporating modern international influences.
- Oversee food quality, consistency, presentation, hygiene, and food safety compliance across all properties.
- Manage food cost controls, purchasing strategies, labor productivity, and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with executive management on business growth, new openings, concept development, and brand positioning.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through world-class culinary execution.
- Build a culture focused on excellence, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Executive Chef experience within luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, resorts, or international cruise lines.
- Previous regional or corporate culinary leadership experience overseeing multiple properties.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Extensive experience leading multicultural culinary teams.
- Thorough understanding of European food safety standards and luxury hospitality service.
- Outstanding leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills.
- German language fluency is required.
- International culinary experience, particularly within Asia, is highly valued.

- Partner with operations leadership to maximize guest satisfaction and financial performance.
Qualification mandatory experience within luxury Asia hotels, high-end resorts, premium restaurants, or international cruise operations.
- Experience managing multiple culinary operations or large-volume luxury properties.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of international culinary trends and luxury dining standards.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and operational planning.
- German language fluency is required.
- International experience in Asia is considered a significant advantage.
