Senior Engineer

Job Description Overview The Senior Engineer – Civil Infrastructure is a leadership-focused engineering role responsible for delivering high-quality civil infrastructure designs, conducting technical reviews, and ensuring compliance with project requirements. The position involves overseeing calculations, drawings, specifications, and coordinating design activities across multiple engineering disciplines. Your role Technical responsibility for engineering design delivery. Undertake peer design reviews on projects. Review calculations, drawings, specifications on projects. Project Management and Design Management of our consultancy services, delivering projects to time and to budget. Management and technical development of our capabilities and individual Engineers. Co-ordination, collaboration and management of other discipline inputs into projects. Identify opportunities, lead and support business development and work winning / bidding activities. Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key existing and prospective clients. Act as design and interface coordinator stationing on site as needed basis. About you Chartered Engineer with a degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Registered Professional Engineer (Civil/Structural) would be an advantage. Minimum of 5 years of post-professional qualification experience. Have experience of, and a strong interest in Infrastructure projects. Excellent project management and/or design management skills. Have an excellent command of spoken and written English. Experience with Government or Quasi-government projects would be an advantage.
