Security Risk Management Consultant

Position: Consultant-Security Risk Management (SRM)

Location: Dubai, UAE | 5-8 Years' Experience | Relocate to the Middle East with WSP

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a talented Security Risk Management (SRM) Consultant to join our specialist SRM team in the UAE. This is an opportunity to work on some of the region's most ambitious and high-profile developments, advising clients on security, resilience, and risk across major property, infrastructure, and critical asset projects.

As part of our Property & Buildings business, the SRM team supports clients in creating safe, secure, and resilient environments through the delivery of security risk assessments, protective security strategies, and resilience solutions across the Middle East.

The Opportunity

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver Security Risk Assessments (SRA), threat and vulnerability assessments, and security strategy studies.
• Advise clients on security, resilience, and risk management challenges.
• Develop security design briefs and protective security recommendations.
• Support security integration within major building and infrastructure developments.
• Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across WSP's global business.

What We're Looking For

• 5-8 years' experience in Security Risk Management, Protective Security, Risk Advisory, or Security Consultancy.
• Degree-qualified in Security Management, Risk Management, Criminology,or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering risk-based security consultancy services within the built environment, infrastructure, transportation, government, or critical asset sectors.
• Strong client-facing, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• CPP (Certified Protection Professional) and/or PSP (Physical Security Professional) certification desirable.
• Open to relocating to the UAE and building a long-term career in the Middle East.
