What will you do?

  • Manage and develop relationships with key affiliate partners across Sportsbook and Casino.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for affiliate accounts, providing high-quality service and support.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and business discussions with partners.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase affiliate revenue and player acquisition.
  • Develop affiliate campaigns focused on Sportsbook acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with Trading, CRM, and Marketing teams to capitalize on major sporting events and seasonal opportunities.
  • Ensure affiliate partners effectively promote Sportsbook products, offers, and content.
  • Monitor Sportsbook performance trends, betting markets, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop pre-event and event-driven player acquisition strategies around major sporting events.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across regulated and target markets.
  • Attend industry conferences, networking events, and affiliate meetings to expand the affiliate network.
  • Negotiate CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and bespoke commercial partnership models.
  • Evaluate new partnership opportunities and prepare commercial proposals.
  • Monitor affiliate performance using internal reporting tools, analytics solutions, BI platforms, and affiliate systems.
  • Analyse traffic quality, player value, retention, conversion, and profitability.
  • Deliver regular performance reports, forecasts, and actionable commercial insights.

Candidate profile

  • Minimum 3–5 years of Affiliate Management experience within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Sportsbook and Casino products, betting markets, customer acquisition funnels, and player behaviour.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing high-value affiliate partnerships.
  • Experience negotiating CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and tenancy agreements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with affiliate tracking platforms.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently while successfully managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience working within regulated gaming markets is considered an advantage.
  • Experience with affiliate platforms is advantageous.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Power BI, or equivalent reporting tools is considered an advantage.
