Senior Agent Deployment Engineer

About the Role

Join a technical delivery team building and deploying AI agents for enterprise customers at a Series D AI customer experience company. You will lead hands-on implementation, working directly with customer teams to launch reliable agents and improve their performance.

What You'll Do

• Own AI agent builds from initial scoping through launch and ongoing iteration.

• Work with customers and internal teams to define success, translate requirements into implementation plans, and deliver solutions.

• Configure agent workflows, validate integrations, and help ensure agents perform reliably at scale.

• Share customer feedback and technical gaps with product and engineering partners to help improve the agent-building platform.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of relevant experience delivering technical solutions end to end for customers.

• Experience at a technically complex B2B SaaS company, including working with APIs and building integrations.

• Ability to write code in Python and communicate technical ideas clearly with customer stakeholders.

• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, conversational systems, or automation workflows is valuable.

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent technical experience, with strong engineering fundamentals.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $175,000 to $230,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
