Senior Agent Deployment Engineer

About the Role

Join a technical delivery team building and launching AI agents for enterprise customers. You will partner with customers and internal teams to turn requirements into reliable, production-ready agent experiences and help improve the tools and workflows used to build them.

What You'll Do

• Own customer agent builds from initial scoping through launch and ongoing iteration.

• Translate customer needs into clear implementation plans and configure or develop the components needed to deliver them.

• Build and validate API integrations, test agent behavior, and iterate to improve reliability and performance.

• Work with customer technical stakeholders and internal product, engineering, success, and go-to-market teams to coordinate delivery.

• Share customer feedback and technical gaps with internal teams to inform improvements to the agent-building platform.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a hands-on, technical customer-facing role such as solutions engineering, implementation engineering, technical consulting, or forward-deployed engineering.

• Experience delivering production-grade technical solutions end to end, including structured execution, testing, validation, and iteration.

• Ability to write code in Python, with experience working with APIs and building integrations.

• Experience with enterprise SaaS integrations and familiarity with related security and compliance considerations.

• Background building with or around LLMs, AI agents, conversational systems, or automation workflows.

• Strong communication skills, clear technical thinking, and solid computer science fundamentals.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $175,000 to $230,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
