Ready to take the lead on enterprise AI transformation in Japan?

We’re looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to join the growing Data & AI Integration business of FPT Japan, working at the forefront of Generative AI, Computer Vision, Predictive AI and Big Data Analytics.

🔥 What you’ll do

• Lead AI projects as a Technical Lead / Project Manager
• Design and architect enterprise AI solutions
• Drive delivery of Generative AI, Predictive AI & Computer Vision projects
• Work directly with clients to solve complex business challenges
• Lead and mentor AI engineering teams
• Support AI strategy, solution proposals and PoCs
• Collaborate with global AI specialists and technology partners

🎯 What we’re looking for

• 6+ years in AI, Machine Learning or Data Analytics
• Strong enterprise AI solution design & implementation experience
• Previous Technical Lead or Project Manager experience
• Business-level Japanese – essential
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading technical teams

Bonus: RAG, Fine-tuning, NVIDIA CUDA/NeMo/NIM, AWS/Azure/GCP, MLOps/AIOps, AI CoE leadership or global project delivery.
