We’re partnering with a global semiconductor technology leader to appoint a Senior Analog Design Manager into their Edinburgh R&D centre.
This role will involve leading a team of 20–25 engineers, with further growth planned for 2027. The Senior Analog Design Manager will lead and develop this high-performing analog design team, working on next-generation silicon for power management applications.
This is a superb opportunity to join at the outset of a new project and enter a new technology space, with a particular focus on digital architecture for power management. The project will draw heavily on analog expertise, making this an exciting opportunity for an experienced analog leader to help shape both the technology and the team from the ground up.
The role would suit someone with:
- An extensive analog IC design background, with solid power management (PMIC) expertise
- An ability to develop system architectures
- Proven managerial experience, and an interest to step away from hands-on development and focus on leadership, technical direction, and shaping the future of the division
- Working knowledge of the end-to-end IC development process, spanning digital design, packaging, test engineering, quality assurance, and product engineering, to facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration
- An ability to coach, mentor and hire team members
You’ll be working with great people, many of whom have been with the business a long time. A strong team morale, interesting technical challenges and a generous compensation package makes this an excellent option to consider if you’re looking for your next career step.
Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance also provided.
