This is a commission-based position focused exclusively on the Secondary Market.

AQUA Properties is looking for highly experienced Senior and Associate Property Consultant to strengthen our Secondary Market team in Dubai.

We are specifically looking for established brokers with a strong track record and in-depth knowledge of one or more of the following areas:

📍 Serena | Arabian Ranches | Mudon | Town Square

📍 Bluewaters | JBR | Emaar Beachfront | Palm Jumeirah

📍 Port de La Mer | Jumeirah

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience in the Dubai Secondary Market

• Proven track record of successful transactions

• Strong expertise and established presence in one or more of the listed communities

• Proven ability to generate listings and build long-term relationships with property owners

• Strong negotiation, business development and closing skills

• Commercially driven, ambitious and results-oriented

• Currently based in Dubai

• Valid UAE driving license
