SPONSORSHIP WILL BE CONSIDERED BUT NOT RELOCATION FROM OVERSEAS Mainline is growing fast and are currently looking to hire a Senior Authorised Person (Electrical) to work on exciting multi-disciplinary and framework projects. The role presents a great opportunity for the right candidate. We are looking for people who will embrace the opportunity and progress with the business as it grows. Your new role: You will be part of an experienced project delivery team working on large-scale power and ESB Framework projects. Key Responsibilities: • Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required • Work closely with the site management on such duties as maintaining records and files, preparing reports and ordering equipment • Inspect electrical systems to identify hazards and ensure compliance • Diagnose systems, equipment, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of faults • Connect cables to circuit breakers, transformers, CT/VT or other components • Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices to ensure compatibility and safety of system • Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, based on job specifications • Oversee the assembly, install, and test, of electrical equipment and components Qualifications, Skills, Attributes and Experience: • Only qualified Authorised Persons or PICW's will be considered • Supervisory experience of 33Kv or higher live substations is essential • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities • Excellent organisational skills • Fluent in spoken and written English (TOEFL, IELTS, CAE, CPE or equivalent) At Mainline we are building a significant business, and accordingly this position presents a great opportunity for the right candidate, as we are looking for someone who will become part of our team and support the continued growth and development of the business.
