About the Role
Build and operate backend infrastructure for a SaaS web data extraction platform. You will work on the proxy and browser systems that help maintain reliable extraction from websites with evolving anti-automation defenses.
What You'll Do
Architect and manage proxy rotation, IP and session management, and isolated egress nodes at scale.
Improve extraction reliability against anti-bot and anti-scraping defenses.
Build and maintain browser and TLS fingerprint management, along with CAPTCHA and challenge handling infrastructure.
Monitor the health and cost efficiency of the proxy layer.
Diagnose intermittent production failures across the stack and implement lasting fixes.
Own systems end to end, including production operations and reliability.
What We're Looking For
More than 3 years of experience in adversarial web infrastructure or proxy-layer engineering.
Recent, hands-on experience building web extraction infrastructure and bypassing anti-bot defenses at production scale.
Production experience architecting proxy rotation, IP and session management, egress isolation, and proxy economics for third-party web extraction.
Experience managing browser or TLS fingerprints and CAPTCHA or challenge handling at scale.
Proficiency with Go and/or Python, plus networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, HTTP/2, connection pooling, and proxy orchestration.
Experience owning production systems, participating in on-call, and implementing observability with tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
