Senior Business Recruiter

About the Role

Join the business recruiting team at a Series A AI data company and lead full-cycle hiring across business and operations. You will partner with recruiting and executive leaders to build teams that support the company's growth.

What You'll Do

• Own recruiting from sourcing through offer close for roles across strategic projects, operations, and go-to-market.

• Build proactive pipelines of candidates from finance, consulting, private equity, and technology backgrounds.

• Partner with recruiting and executive leaders to define candidate profiles, prioritize searches, and run structured interview processes.

• Develop and improve recruiting infrastructure, including scorecards, interview rubrics, sourcing tools, and offer processes.

• Track funnel metrics and use conversion data to improve recruiting outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, with 4 to 7 or more years preferred.

• Experience in both agency and in-house recruiting, including full-cycle ownership from sourcing through closing.

• A track record recruiting for high-growth startups and building pipelines for senior business, finance, or go-to-market talent.

• Experience hiring for finance, consulting, private equity, or operationally rigorous business roles.

• Strong communication skills, high initiative, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.

• Familiarity with recruiting systems and sourcing tools.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $150,000 to $225,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, United States.
