We are partnering with a leading regional mental health service to recruit an experienced Senior Clinician to join their Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Service.

The Role
As a Senior Clinician, you will work as part of an integrated community mental health team, providing high-quality clinical care under the direction of the Manager and team Psychiatrist(s).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing psychiatric triage, intake and comprehensive clinical assessments
- Developing and delivering evidence-based treatment and interventions
- Providing psychoeducation, support and ongoing care to consumers
- Working collaboratively with families and carers
- Supporting a multidisciplinary approach to mental health care
- Contributing to high-quality, recovery-focused clinical practice
- Working closely with psychiatrists, clinicians and other healthcare professionals
About You
We are looking for an experienced Registered Psychiatric Nurse who is passionate about delivering person-centred care and supporting positive outcomes within the community.
You will ideally have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Strong experience within mental health
- Excellent clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine commitment to recovery-oriented and family-sensitive practice
- The ability to work effectively within a regional community setting

Position Details
Position: Senior Clinician – Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Service
Base Location: Melbourne, VIC/ Regional
Employment: Ongoing Full-Time
Hours: 80 hours per fortnight, including an ADO every 4 weeks
Classification: NP75–NP77
Salary: $4,664.40 – $5,023.20 per fortnight + superannuation, depending on experience
