PROJECT

Join an engineering team responsible for building and operating the platform foundations supporting Flightscape services across both cloud and air-gapped on-premise environments.

As a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer, you will focus on CI/CD automation, OpenShift/Kubernetes platform operations, observability, Infrastructure as Code, and disaster recovery. You will help standardise how services are built, deployed, monitored, and recovered while working closely with development, SerOps, and Architecture teams.

YOU WILL

• Build and maintain reusable CI/CD pipeline templates using pipeline-as-code practices
• Administer and improve Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes environments
• Define and improve deployment patterns, scaling, ingress, and platform reliability
• Implement and maintain observability solutions covering metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerting
• Automate infrastructure and environment provisioning using Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, and Ansible
• Develop and maintain GitOps-based deployment and configuration workflows
• Work with SerOps and Architecture teams to define and improve backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures
• Partner with development teams to improve release quality, deployment speed, and production stability
• Support platform configuration, automation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
• Develop scripts and automation using Bash, Python, or Go

MUST HAVE

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift
• Experience with at least one public cloud platform: AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps
• Experience with infrastructure and deployment automation using tools such as Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, and/or Ansible
• Working knowledge of observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Loki, ELK, Tempo, and/or Jaeger
• Experience with monitoring, logging, tracing, dashboards, and alerting
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, and/or Go
• Good understanding of production platform reliability, deployment automation, and configuration management
• English allowing effective communication in an international engineering environment

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience supporting air-gapped or regulated on-premise environments
• Knowledge of service mesh technologies
• Experience with autoscaling and platform performance tuning
• Experience with backup, restore, and disaster recovery solutions
• Familiarity with developer platform enablement, internal developer platforms, or internal engineering tooling
• Experience working across both cloud and on-premise environments
